全自动裱纸机的安装与调整

机器的安装与调整
　　（一） 机器的安装
用户接到该机器,打开包装后，应仔细检查整机是否完整无损,随机文件及随机工具是否齐全。

该机重量较轻，地基直接采用水泥地面即可。平面尺寸见图二。

机器按图二所示摆放就位后，应用水平仪将机器的水平调整到位。


　　（二） 电气控制操作
　　 准备工作

　　机器电气控制柜操作面板，在开机时，先将电柜内的总电源开关及控制电源开关打开。拨动马达开关4至ON的位置，主机变频器得电，按下起动按钮8，主电机进入可调速运转状态，此时通过调节变频器控制面板上的旋钮11调整机器转速至满意状态。

　　打开12及13风机按钮用以控制底纸在到达前规前的平稳运行。将“光电与自动”旋钮开关10转换至“光电”位置。当机器的其它一切准备工作就绪后，将“胶泵”按钮5旋至“自动”位置。打开“压合机”旋钮3使其旋至ON位置；然后按图四所示进行压合机的调速工作。
