旋转刀切割机、振动刀切割机和激光切割机那种好？



市场分三种设备来做汽车坐垫与脚垫。旋转刀，激光机，震动刀。

旋转刀切割系统，其本身是通过刀头高速旋转来切割面料，皮料，其采购时的优势是，价格便宜，通过软件来驱动其完成一系统动作，达到客户要求。但旋转刀有最少的两大劣势。一，他有两根压料杆，通过压料杆压住面料，由于压料杆前后运作时，由于脚垫皮料脚厚，会导致切出来的样片，会有误差，基本一米的图样，会变大2－4公分。二，旋转刀在前期三个月使用中，切割边看起来还不错，有锯齿状。而且会产生大量碎屑，对操作者身体不好，而且不好清理。三个月之后。由于前期机头部分磨损，导致后期切割面像狗啃过的一样，很难缝合，不好控制质量。这种设备的客户基本后期会采购震动刀切割机

激光机切割机，激光机在切割脚垫坐垫方面。切割面非常好，干净利落。激光机的维护也比较多，刀头时间久了会发热，需要水冷。头烧过面料之后，会在很多面料上留下黄黄的印记。但最大缺点是，气味非常大，很多地方的环保部门三两天就查一下，基本都不让使用，所以现在脚垫工厂也在转型 不用激光。

震动刀切割机，由尖刀或者圆刀通过震动或者高速旋转来进行切割，优点是，切割干净利落，裁片大小精准，无气味，比较环保，而且软性，硬性材料通吃，脚垫坐垫真皮改装系统都很好的运用。切割速度是旋转刀的两倍，激光的一倍。所以成为很多企业前期考虑的重点。
