服装裁剪机的裁刀如何保养

服装裁床刀片是金属做的，因为你裁两下要马上磨刀的，如果是其它材料肯定不行，有两种刀，一种是裁刀上的，宽一厘米多，长20多厘米，作业时上下运动。另一种是带据上用的，宽一厘米，长度很长，它是一个圈，很软缠绕在机器上，工作时电机带动着它转动。

裁剪用的裁刀需要怎样保养，如何确保裁刀始终处于良好的工作状态上，保证裁剪的精度?

裁刀是裁剪作业中经常用到的配件，也是关系到裁剪精度的重要零部件之一，因此，裁刀需要每日都进行仔细的维护。在每天的日常维护中，要仔细检查刀具的宽度，首先，拆下打孔器，取下裁刀，然后用游标卡尺检查裁刀宽度的上、中、下三值，取平均值作为目前裁刀的数值，以保证裁剪的精度，一旦裁刀宽度值不符合标准，就要及时更换裁刀。
