服装裁剪机开机前需要做哪些重要检查？

服装裁剪机开机前需要做哪些重要检查？开机以前，对于以下几点要做特别仔细和认真的检查：



1.气压检查，要注意检查总气压与Y轨气压，总气压要在0.5MPa,Y轨气压要在0.1MPa,保证气缸能够正常自如活动。

2.确认机头处齿形皮带是否能自如活动，是否有磨损或裂纹。如果在推动中有迟滞感，说明轴承已经开始磨损，将影响到裁剪机裁剪质量，需要立刻更换轴承.

3.确认磨刀石圆形皮带是否能顺畅转动，为

日常应该如何对偏心套提前做保养呢?偏心套在裁剪机使用前延长皮带使用寿命，请在皮带上抹少许润滑油。但是不能抹太多，否则皮带会打滑，导致磨刀效果不好。，要仔细的在偏心套与拉杆连接处擦上润滑油，这样就可以防止偏心套在使用过程中因为磨损过度而导致破裂。定期检查偏心套与轴承的间隙。
