振动刀切割机常见问题


1、振动刀切割设备可切割的厚度有多厚呢？

答：振动刀切割机整机标准极限切割厚度为30mm（可加高至60MM）。

2、振动刀切割可以切割哪些材料呢？

答：可切割60mm以下的蜂窝板、瓦楞纸、塑料瓦楞板、灰板纸、白卡纸、胶片、复合材料、皮料、布料、胶板、珍珠棉和泡沫KT板等多种材料。

3、振动刀切割机的操作会不会学起来很难？

答：只需要将图纸输入电脑，并在机器上将相应数据设置好即可。同时如果您购买了我们瑞洲的机械设备，我们会派专业的技术人员对您进行安装、指导和培训。通常情况下，只要懂得使用CAD，2个小时您便可学会，随后便能完成独立操作。

4、振动刀切割机和激光机切割机有什么区别？

答：振动刀切割机由尖刀或者圆刀通过振动或者高速旋转来进行切割，优点是，切割干净利落，裁片大小精准，无气味，比较环保。而激光机切割机，切割面非常好，干净利落。激光机的维护也比较多，激光时间久了会发热，需要水冷。头烧过面料之后，会在很多面料上留下黄黄的印记。缺点是，气味非常大。
