 电脑切割机的日常保养与维护

在操作切绘机、切割机、钻孔机的过程中,务必要注意以下几点

  • 保持机器平面的淸洁,定期用淸洁剂擤除机器平面上的污物,毎次加工后淸除遗留在平面上的碎纸及寘它杂物,以免杂物进入机械内部,卡住机器;或者堵住平面胶皮上的小孔,使机器吸附性能减弱

  • 定期为机器齿轮箱加润油,减少机械磨损,降低噪音。

  • 保持室内良好的空气质量,不得与酸碱物品混放

  • 严格按照软件使用部分所描述的方法设置机器的督项詟数,才能保证机器的可靠运行

日常保养

当切绘机、切割机、钻孔机不使用时要对它进行保养,务必要注意以下几点。
